​Dr. Na Hu
Lab Manager

 

Na Hu obtained her Master's degree in Linguistics from the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (now University of Chinese Academy of Sciences) in 2012. She then worked as a linguistic specialist in the Text-To-Speech group at iFlytek (China). In 2023, she completed her doctoral degree at Utrecht University, where her research focused on investigating the role of prosody in communicating subjectivity in causality.

At the beginning of 2023, Na Hu joined the SPRINT team as a Lab Manager, where she supports the team with data collection, analysis, and technical tasks.

SPRINT

SPRINT is the acronym of grant ERC-ADG-835263 titled "Speech Prosody in Interaction: The form and function of intonation in human communication". SPRINT is a 5-year (2019-2024) €2,481,196 research program funded by the European Research Council (ERC). Amalia Arvaniti is the Principal Investigator. SPRINT is based at Radboud University.
